MyHeartPass is a web-based application to aggregate precise and relevant information of a patient with congenital or acquired heart disease.
It includes relevant recommendations for acute resuscitation management of children with CHD.
This personalized online passport contains:

  1. Up to date patient demographics,
  2. Cardiac anatomy as determined by echocardiography, and a dated list of surgical and catheterization interventions,
  3. A schematic of the structure of the heart and the last ECG rhythm strip,
  4. An assessment of the physiology and the functional status of the heart and blood flow through the lungs,
  5. Important details about the airway of the patient, sites for vascular access, previous arrhythmias and cardiac medications, and
  6. Specific recommendations during acute resuscitation based on the anatomy and functional status of the heart.
